Following recruiting and management challenges over the past two seasons, the new corporate structure will offer a more efficient platform for business operations, allowing team captain and co-founder, Takashi Kurosawa, to focus on victory.  Under the revised charter, participating racers will also be given a stake in the team's ownership via stock incentives.
